Booking & Deposits

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and goes toward your service.
  • Deposits are only refundable if I cancel your appointment.
  • Reschedules/cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will require a new deposit.

Appointment Requirements

  • A photo ID may be required depending on how you heard about my business.
  • Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the service before booking.
  • I will not work on severely bitten, sick, or damaged nails.

During Your Appointment

  • No guests are allowed.
  • Please avoid using your phone to prevent delays or design mishaps.
  • I have a friendly dog—let me know if you are uncomfortable with dogs.

Nail Repairs & Service Issues

  • If a nail is damaged/pops off within 3 days, I will fix it for free (same design) no questions asked. After 3 days, a small service fee may apply.
  • If working conditions prevent me from completing the set due to client default, at least half of the set’s price will be due, and the deposit will not be refunded. The client will also be banned from booking.

Late or No-Show Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
  • Clients 10-15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.
  • Past 15 minutes = appointment canceled and marked as a no-call, no-show.
  • No-call, no-shows will be banned from booking again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every set is different. Prices start at $45 for a solid color in a short length and go up with design complexity and length. I always have a sale here and there so be on the lookout for those to get some good deals!

Yes but my set up is very simple so I do not advertise it as much. 

I am in Fort Pierce! I work at a private location so upon booking, I will send you a text and give you my exact address.

Every client is different. I recommend anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Any longer than that may compromise the health of your nails, but I understand budgets are different for everyone. Never feel ashamed to wait a little longer or soak off at home if you need to save some extra cash. I’m happy to serve you however I can! 

Yes! Gel X (also known as gel extensions) can be filled so you don’t have to soak off each time. If you wish to get a fresh set every time, be sure to book a soak off when you set up your appointment. 

All products are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable software, virtual and in-person courses, press-ons, and sizing kits. Partial refunds aren’t granted either. Service appointments are the one exception, they’re refundable only if Okei Beautiful needs to reschedule, or in the case of a genuine emergency such as hospitalization or injury.

Only in two situations: Okei Beautiful reschedules your appointment, or you have an emergency such as hospitalization or injury. Outside of those, appointments aren’t refundable.

You do, and shipping costs aren’t refunded. If a refund is issued, return shipping is deducted from it. For higher value items, using a trackable shipping method or insurance is worth it since delivery back isn’t guaranteed.
